Stock Availability

All items in the catalogue are subject to availability. We have full stock levels at the time of printing of the catalogue. In case the item you have ordered is not available in stock, we will offer a replacement or refund. however if you want the certain style only so there may be delay of few days

Replacement

If you require an exchange on any item please return within 12 days, unworn and in the original packaging, barcode intact with receipt. We would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice; however required delivery charge will be applied. Postage & Packing costs are non-refundable unless your statutory rights apply. Replacement of items is given within 7 days of receipt of your goods. All goods are responsibility until received by our warehouse. Jewellery items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene

Please send us a copy of the invoice or please write your name, address and other contact details along with the Order / Invoice number. Please ensure that the clothes we send are tied with utmost care that they do .We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it has some fault or any other reason.

Returns Rule

Our normal returns period is 12 days from date of delivery; we must receive any returned items within this time. We will take action on your parcel as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavor to process your request for a replacement as quickly as possible.
